Asparago piacentino (Piacenza's Asparagus)


The Asparagus Piacentino today does not have an Italian name like other types which use of IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) or De.Co. (Appellation of municipality origin) but not for this does not respect the rules of cultivation and production, quite the opposite of a disciplinary production with many constraints and limitations.
