Brief description of the product. Fresh tomatoes processed within 24 hours of harvest.
Area of production. All municipalities in the province of Piacenza
How to obtain. The tomato after a coarse grinding is transformed into juice using the pulper. Through a process of reverse osmosis followed by evaporation under vacuum (70° C), part of the water is moved up to about 30% dry matter. After pasteurization, the product is kept in aseptic bags in boxes or tin cans. The storage is done in the warehouse for boxes and square for all containers
