Frittelle di riso


Ingredients: rice, flour, egg, oil or lard, salt.
Preparation: Mix the rice, previously cooked with flour and eggs, to follow you put the dough - by the spoon - into a pan with very hot oil or lard. Once cooked, the pancakes are put on paper towel to remove excess grease.
Area of production: typical product of the entire province of Piacenza.
Excellent served hot with a pinch of salt.
