Preparation. The potatoes should be boiled, peeled, pureed and mixed with flour, egg, oil and salt. Divide the dough into sticks, cut into pieces that are passed by pressing the side of the thumb so that inside and outside cables are crimped.
Ingredients. Potatoes, white flour, garlic, egg and salt.
Area of production. In Piacenza, this product is especially prevalent in areas along the river Po and in mountainous areas.
