Latte brulè (Milk brulè)


Ingredients: milk, white flour, eggs, sugar and salt.
Preparation: Mix 4 tablespoons of flour with 4 cups of milk, pour slowly into a bowl to prevent lumps. Whisk egg yolk and add it separately to the mixture with a pinch of salt. Pour into a pan with a layer of about 1 cm. of sugar, place it on fire and melt but do not caramelize. Add the mixture above and stir for 20 minutes. Pour into a mold and let cool.
