Latte in piedi (Standing milk)


Ingredients: Milk, sugar, cocoa, butter, flour, grated lemon.
Preparation: To the milk are added the other ingredients, taking care to avoid lumps. Boil for about fifteen minutes, being careful that the liquid does not "go crazy", then pour into a form and let cool.
History: In the countryside instead of lemon zest, they put some leaves smell of "Santa Maria".
Area of production: Manufactured in the province of Piacenza.
