Salsa di prezzemolo (Parsley sauce)


Preparation. Chop the parsley leaves with garlic cloves, joins hard-boiled egg yolk, bread crumbs soaked in vinegar and drained, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well together.
Ingredients. Parsley, garlic, boiled egg, bread crumbs, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
