The wine is made from grapes of the Pinot Noir for at least 85% and Chardonnay for a maximum of 15%. The maximum output is 10 tons. and per hectare yield of wine not exceeding 70%.
- Foam: fine and persistent
- Colour: straw more or less intense pink
- Aroma: characteristic, delicate, fine
- Taste: from extrabrut a brut, tasty, fresh
Minimum alcoholic strength by volume: 11,00%
Serving temperature: 6-8° C
