Production area
The area of production of grapes is restricted to the hills of Nure and Riglio valleys and includes part of the territories of three municipalities.

The wine is made from the grapes "Malvasia di Candia aromatica" (20 to 50%), "Ortrugo" and "Trebbiano Romagnolo" (20 to 65%). They can also be used to produce the wine, the white grapes from recommended or authorized vine varieties in the province of Piacenza for a maximum of 15%. In the vineyards, production did not exceed 10 tons. per hectare and the maximum yield of wine is 70%.
